Louisiana Believes is based on the premise that those closest to kids – parents and educators – know better than government how to prepare students for college and careers. As part of this approach, the Louisiana Department of Education works to ensure that as much money as possible flows to the school level and to ensure that every dollar is spent in alignment with our overall strategy.
